LEATHER COLOUR RESTORER

250ml Size for all different types of leather.

Scratch Doctor's Leather Colour Restorer is an easy to use solution for restoring colour to faded and worn leather. The restorer is simply rubbed into the leather with a soft cloth (supplied). Restorer soaks into the the leather restoring the colour of the leather.

DESCRIPTION:

This product renovates the colour of leather items, both new and old.    The colour restorer absorbs 100% into the leather so will not rub off.

This product is suitable for absorbent leathers only. To test your leather, add a drop of water in an inconspicuous area. If the water soaks into the leather, you have absorbent leather. If the water sits on top or rolls off you have a non absorbent leather.

INSTRUCTIONS:

First ensure the leather is clean. Apply Colour Restorer with a clean cloth (supplied) in a circular motion to ensure penetration. This is enough to completely restore the colour.

Take a clean cloth and buff the surface of the leather, ensuring there is no excess left on the leather.

SUITABILITY:

Leather Colour Restorer can be used on all different articles of absorbent leather, from furniture and car interior to clothes, shoes, handbags and even equestrian leathers. It works on all colours of leather and all different grain types.

  • Aniline & Semi-Aniline Leather
  • Pigmented / Top Coat Leather
  • Oil & Wax Pull Up Leather
  • BiCast Leather
  • Two Tone, Mottled & Antique Finished Leather

NOTE:

For Scratches. The restorer achieves best results on scratches that are a lighter colour than the leather, if the scratch is darker you will need one of our Leather Dye Kits

For Lighter Patches. The restorer needs to soak into your leather – to test this, put a tiny drop of water onto the damaged area and see if it soaks in. If the leather isn’t absorbent, you will need one of our Leather Touch Up Kits (for small areas).

Not bad, but certainly not the best!

Bought this product for my black BMW leather seats. Firstly I paid £2 for "first class postage" and it took FOUR days to arrive! I paid for the larger 250ml jar but heavily dispute that it was 250ml and not the small 50ml size I was sent. My seats were only slightly faded yet I needed numerous fairly heavy applications for it to be effective. Soaked into leather very well though and dried quickly.

    Amazing difference

A patch on the driver's leather seat of my 2001 SLK had worn to present an unsightly, lighter, cracked appearance. After an application of ScratchDoctor, the patch had disappeared and the seats left looking like new. Fantastic, fast and easy.
This stuff really is outstanding and worth every penny. I've already recommended it to other classic car-owning friends. Buy with confidence!

    Good Restorer

Good product and has really revived my worn leather couches to an appreciable extent except that it's lighter in colour than my couches and it leaves a matt finish. I've sorted out this by using another product to gloss it
